A Project is the boundary for an application: data, application users, files, scoped service keys, usage and budget controls. Monarch also connects models, training, inference, GPU compute and persistent agents.
Platform subscriptions cover defined backend allowances. AI model execution and GPU compute are separately metered and depend on actual availability. The free tier is intended for best-effort development, not dedicated virtual-machine capacity.

Available compute regions, hardware and prices depend on the selected workload and provider. A geographic development pipeline does not represent deployed or reserved customer capacity. Verify current capacity, residency needs and service commitments before placing a production workload.
